1) Defective or incorrect products:

Returns of defective or incorrect products are only accepted due to e-epipla.com fault. If the products you received are different from the ones you ordered or if you noticed a factory defect, you'll first have to send photos in digital format to the email: [email protected].

In case we confirm their return, they must be in the same condition you received them (carefully unsealed, with no violated packaging and disassembled).

The return is accepted within 10 days of the date of purchase. The return's transport cost until the forwarder's warehouse in Athens will have to be covered by you and after receipt in our company, as soon as our fault is confirmed, a relevant credit note will be issued.

To avoid further inconvenience, we suggest you to check carefully the condition of the products and their intact packaging at the time of receipt and before your signature in order you to be able to identify any obvious defects (eg knocked or broken goods, wrong kind etc).

In case of a defective product and after all the above, if this is not possible to be repaired by relevant spare parts etc, then the replacement can be arranged only if the product is available. Otherwise a refund is made.

The refund is made by deposit in the customer's Bank account within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt and the control of the returned products.

2) Products upon request:

For personalized products which are made according to the customer's request, returns are not accepteptable unless they concern defective or incorrect products. In these cases, the products follow the policy "Defective or incorrect products" referred into the previous paragraph. The same is valid during the time of warranty of each product.
