PRODUCT RETURNS

1) Defective or incorrect products:

Returns are only accepted on defective or incorrect products through the fault of

If the products you received are different from the ones you ordered or noticed a factory defect, you must first send us photos in digital format to the email: [email protected]. In case we accept their return, for the shipment they must be in the same condition in which you received them, as they have been carefully unsealed, their packaging has not been violated and they have not been assembled.

The return is accepted within ten (10) days from the date of purchase. The return shipping to the Athens agency must have been covered by you after the receipt and as soon as our fault is established, we undertake the credit of the amount.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order and before your signature, the condition of the products and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg knocked or broken merchandise, wrong item etc).

In case of a defective product, after all the above are confirmed and if it is not possible to repair it by sending a spare part or part of the product at our expense, then the replacement can be done only if the product is available. Otherwise a refund is made.

The refund is made by deposit in the customer's bank account within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt and control of the returned products.

2) Products on request:

For customized products that are made to the customer's order, returns are not accepted unless they are defective or incorrect products in which case they are subject to the "defective or incorrect products" policy referred to in the above paragraph or if the products are under warranty.

All prices of our online store refer to "cash" purchases and under this condition are given at an offer price, lower than the store price. Issuance of invoice information
At www.e-epipla.com you are given the opportunity to choose whether a retail receipt or invoice will be issued for your order. Invoice is issued to companies and freelancers, if they fill in the following information during their order: Company name, Address, Telephone, Tax Identification Number, Tax Office. and company object or profession for the self-employed.

In case you choose a discount (bank deposit), the payment must be made no later than 3 working days from the date of approval and confirmation of your order, otherwise it will be canceled. The delivery time of the product is calculated from the moment of payment.

Delivery

1) Collection from our store with 5% discount.

2) Delivery within Athens by own means
- FREE for orders over 200€.
- With a charge of 15€ for an order less than 200€.

3) Delivery outside Athens:
- FREE for orders over 1000€.

Delivery takes place at the transport warehouses in the nearest area of your address.
If you want the delivery to be "at your door", the charge from the warehouses of the transport to your address will be charged to you in any case.

- For an order worth less than 1.000€, the transfer of goods is carried out at the expense of the customer with a transport company of his choice (his own partner or transport proposed by us).

The following is an indicative table of transport costs:

For small items (eg frames, cushions, stools, fixtures, etc.) the transport cost ranges from 7,00€ - 15,00€ per package.

For medium-sized furniture (eg sunbeds, tables, armchairs, etc.) the transport cost ranges from 10,00€ - 25,00€ per package.

For large containers (eg beds, mattresses, etc.) the transport cost ranges from 25,00€ - 55,00€ per package..

Finally, for oversized furniture (eg living room set, daybed, etc.) the cost ranges from 50,00€ - 65,00€ per item.

*In case you are on an island or in an inaccessible area and you want to pick up at your address, we can help you determine the cost of transportation. You should also be aware that the delivery of the goods by the transport companies is done "on the sidewalk", as they do not undertake the delivery inside the house or the store. In summary, the cost of transport is borne by the customer and is paid by him to the transport upon receipt based on the document that will be presented to him, except in cases of special agreement.

In case the delivery cost is included in our document, its payment follows the payment agreement of the order.

Our company is not involved in agreements between customers and transport companies.
The transport of goods with a transport company is done by order and responsibility of the customer.
